What payment methods do you accept?

We offer a 7-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
Are your products 100% natural and chemical-free?
Yes, our products are made from pure materials like cast iron, clay, copper, and neem wood without any harmful chemical coatings like PTFE or PFOA.
