Initiate Request
Visit our Returns Center and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the products are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact for a successful verification.
Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a free doorstep pickup within 48-72 hours; please keep the package ready for our courier partner.
Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
